  • 1995 -Â The Belgian group FABRICOM (owned by SUEZ) sets up a subsidiary in France : FABRICOM AUTOMATION SYSTEMES D'ASSEMBLAGE resulting from the merger and acquisition of the 4 following companies : SORMEL and AIR AUTOMATION in Besançon (25), ADL AUTOMATION and PROTUS in Valence (26).

  • 2017 - JR Automation, a leading provider of intelligent automated manufacturing technology solutions headquartered in Holland, Michigan, acquired Doerfer Corporation's automation systems group (comprised of Advanced Automation, Wright Industries, FSA Systemes d'Assemblage, FSA Romania, PSB Technologies and equity interests in Beijing BYJC-Fabricom Assembly Line Co., Ltd.).
